python 파이썬 could not install packages due to an OSError: 해결방법
일단 이 오류는 파일경로가 길어서 생기는 문제인데
실행앱을 실행하여 regedit 를 입력 후
HEKY_LOCAL_MACHIN
SYSTEM
CURRENTCONTROLSET
CONTROL
FILESYSTEM
LONGPATHSENABLED
전부다 클릭 후
DWORD 값편집에서 값데이터 1, 16진수 단위로 설정하면 완료
